Burger King app sucks!!

The BK app just accumulate crowns but does not allow payment with the crowns. We have tried using this app to pay at numerous outlets and none of them were able to redeem the points/crowns to pay for my meals. Now the app is bei g replaced and we are still not able to redeem the crowns. The outlets are not willing to accommodate the transactions or take ownership of the problem and simply refer us to Head Office.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
