Burger king allensnek

I went to your branch in Allen'snek on 23/10/2020 at 21h03 and ordered one double whooper burger meal which comes with a medium fries with a medium Pepsi, and then I added onto my order one jalapeno chicken fries with garlic sauce, one double cheese burger and two loaded fries. I never got any jalapeno sauce or garlic sauce and they gave me loaded fries with only a spec of cheese and also the whopper burger had no garnish on and was dry. Not only that but i waited half an hour for the little food i ordered.I could not go back as the shop was closed. I hope that my message gets read as I paid R200.50 for dry food and bad service.
