Burger King 3 Arts in serious need of staff training!!

Your branch in Plumstead (3 Arts) is in desperate need of some management and staff training. Your burgers are disgusting and when pointing out a problem with serving cold burgers to a customer, your staff first sees the need to argue before trying to remedy it. We waited long for our order of 2 big king meals, and when we got it, it was cold and totally unappetising. Immediately after eating her "re- made" burger, my daughter started feeling ill. Today she's in bed with what seems to be good poisoning!! Your staff members in full view of customers, don't seem to see a problem with leaning on the counters while engaged in full conversation with their colleagues, while another is on his cell phone. Phone should not be allowed in the kitchen when preparing foood! Also your staff members should be taught that mopping a floor while customers are eating and then flinging the spaghetti mop in the direction of the eating customers isn't the way to do it!! Please, get some training in there and get the quality of you your burger assembly and service in check. It's not a hard job to do!! A
