Burger kind Northmead pathetic

I am really annoyed I was waiting for my order Today 01Dec 2022 which was suppose to be delivered by the guy called Patrick from Burger King in Northmead Benoni to C*****den and my order was suppose to arrive at 21:20Pm.I order around 19:55 pm,however, the restaurant delayed “mind you I am already debited “ when I reach to the guy via the app he stated that he won’t come to were I stay because of his safely comes first and his trying to call support from his side to cancel this order because his not willing to come ,then suddenly around 21:23 I see on the app stating that the order has arrived I am must enjoy my meal , which meal should I enjoy because it never arrived. I did not receive my order and my money is already debited I can’t call the restaurant because it’s closed , they didn’t even call to let me know what is happened or apologize. Dzaaamnn this is a poor service , i wish not order here again and I still need my money back as it yet to be refunded on my account 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
