Burger Kind Loyalty Points app is a waste of time: 1 out of everytime product from you your "system is down"

Existing Complaint: CRM ***: Loyalty Points system is "offline". Filed a complaint regarding this problem at eMalahleni Restaurant. No response. The classic "off-line" response has happened to me twice before. BK send me an electronic voucher which I have to use within 14 days. I could not use it in previous complaint because the restraurant I went to was "offline". Burger King wake up. Credit my loyalty points do not send me a voucher. I am too busy to take phone calls during the day. I have sent you order numbers: that should be sufficient to do the credit. E-mail me.
