Broken milkshake machine

This is my third time to Burger King at Trade Route mall and I’m told again that the milkshake machine is not working.

Seriously, how long does it take to fix a machine. You run a service take it off your menu if you takes you 2 weeks to fix something and who knows how much longer it will take.
