Botched Order by Mr D and Burger King

I placed an order using the Mr D app to the Burger King Heerengracht in the Cape Town City Center.

The order was botched, had missing things to it.

I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake, and got a chocolate Milkshake with a touch of strawberry. 2 Extra Long Chilli Cheese burger only, and received the beef patty instead of the chicken. Ordered a Double Whopper Medium Meal that arrived with no fries.

This is despicable and insane that we aren't able to complain on the Mr D app or contact the restaurant directly.
