BK Northmead, bad experience

Went through the drive through on the 12th December 2020, order 5013. Asked for no onions on my burger. Get my order and open at home to find onions on burger. Cold drink was extremely hot and flat, no ice. My ice cream had no cover as they said they had run out. Come on BK, this is not the quality I am used to
