BK needs a KO for bad service/customer service

You pay extra for something and they fail to add it to any of the 4 orders!!! What we did get in abundance was BBQ sauce, not pleasant at all. I have since contacted customer care via email, provided all the details including a pic. The autoresponder requests all those details again. 3 days later and still no reply from BK Note to self: triple check order before leaving
