My daughter purchased 2 icecream cups from Burger King, upon eating the icecream we found a piece of rubber which was in my mouth due to being unable to see it in the scoop of ice cream, i logged this with Burger King and receive and email asking me for the full details of purchase as well as whether this was paid in Cash of Card, which makes no sense, if i died of choking what difference doe that make, This happened on the 30th July and i have received no feedback from Burger king up until this point after submitting all required information. ref BK-27059-R2M2C6. This is absolute blatant disregard for customer service.
