Belittling poor service

I would just like to share my bad experience I had at Promenade Mall Drive through on 21 November 2020 (18:49, Order Nr. 1161) I order 2 Double Chicken burger meals, chicken combo meal (most disgusting chicken I ever tasted, it tasted like the chicken was fried in the onion batter to disguise an off chicken taste. 1 bite and I discarded the chicken. I also ordered the Fierce chicken burger (R46.90) The main reason for my review is the following: As I received my order, I moved my car out of the way, in order not to hold up the queue. I checked my order and realised the fierce chicken burger was not there! I approached the lady at drive-through (staff nr:239, Viwe according to my slip) I informed her that the burger was not included. She insisted that she packed 3 burgers, I told her there is definitely only 2, because if it isn't in my bag or car, where else would it be? The more I explained that it definitely wasn't packed, the lady insisted that she personally packed the 3 burgers. I explained to her that I specially checked, as I got home the previous week and 1 meal didn't have have chips with, but that situation was solved by Neliswa. I am aggrieved as the other staff and drive-through customers could hear how I was being addressed, even saying "I will go make you another one", as if I received the 1st one! I felt belittled and humiliated, as I provide a service to the public as well and never would I dream of treating anybody the way I was treated. I was then told to wait, while she arranges that a burger is made. The security then brought me the order to my car. I will definitely think twice about visiting this chain when I am in town again.
