Bad Sevice

Good day

I would like to complain today about the bad service I got from Burger King Polokwane. I dont know if they cant count or what I stood there for more than an hour and when I finaly got my order after they couldnt count because everyone was helped before me as far as my knowlage goes I thik "176" is before "192" number when I got my order after all the customers were waiting was helped the order was INCORRECT.. when we ask them for the manager or his number they said there is no manager its a franchise ... the staff was so arrogant im disappointed .
