bad services and ****ty

This is a just a other ****ty service together with their stuff. I placed an order on the 25th Nov at 21:22 pm via Boltfood. never got the order, the drive wanted to deliver the food the next morning at 10:00 am. why want to deliver a order 9 hours later?

I want to the store on the 26th Nov at 13:00 pm. the Manager that was a lady advised to call me back in 2 hours time. still no call and still have not received my food or money.

I don't know if this how you guys treat us as customers.
