Bad service, rude manager

I had a very bad service about the service i got at was very horrible. I was to by the cashier that the wicode scanner is not working and its not their problem. I asked them to speak to the manager who was equally rude and condescending. My voucher was 50 rand and it expired yesterday. Wish absa could choose another service provider.
