Bad service, missing items and late delivery

We've order from them on the 22nd April 2023. At 19:01 was only delivered 20:36, FOOD WAS COLD, ITEMS WHERE MISSING, THE SEAL WAS BROKEN AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Poor service. We phoned them and all they can say is sorry they don't know.
