Bad service from manager at burger King riverdands

Poor treatment from the manager at burger King riverdands. No solution was given to me after my purchase wasn't appearing on the system but was appearing on mybankdtatdnt eve after I showed him the transaction. I had to order again but my money from the initial purchase didn't bounce back.
