bad service extremely dissapointed

I ordered via uber eat and when my order was delivered its was not what I ordered, or the store failed to follow my instructions as Uber eat app.I returned my order with the uber driver I called and spoke to Kgothatso and she assured me she will resend my order . 2 hours later my order is sent and the burger was tasteless and had off smell….chips were to dry and I asked for mayo Sause sachet and I got none not even tomato Sause , Im so unhappy with the service received and extremely disappointed . Im used to buying the whopper burger and its my favourite , but todays burger was not the whooper burger I’m used to , nor the one advertised on the app . and I just paid for nothing because I had to through away what was delivered because its not what I ordered and worse its off. How could you treat paying customer like that?
