Bad service

Honestly had the worst experience ever at Burger King Rustenburg. Waited forever in the drivethrue line, they asked us to wait in the parkinglot. We waited about 20min and just went to ask them if maybe we can get out drinks in the meantime. They said the did not know anything about our order and that we should wait a while for them to sort it out. They brought us drinks that were not the correct size as we had ordered larger drinks. We kindly asked for the correct size. They brought us drinks and food. As we drove of I took a sip of my pepsi. It was VERY hot and flat. We drove back and just asked them to replace the drinks with cold fresh ones. They then informed us that none of the drinks could be carbonated and therefore all of them were flat. They also told us that they did not have any ice. We asked for a refund as we were not satisfied with our drinks. They refused to refund our drinks. We had to leave as we did not want to cause a scene.
