Bad service by Lerato from Mall of Africa Burger king.

I was at Mall of Africa burger king at around 16:25 and while i was in line there was 1 agent helping the customer and i noticed that 1 client was there for almost 5 minutes and when i asked what the issue is and a lady named Lerato was rude to me. I asked for the manager and they said her name was “Ma Khumalo”. I am not happy with the customer service and I would like a better service from the people helping at the till.

I need a call back of some sort to clarify the issue at hand.
