Bad service by a Manger

I bought a Fierce Whopper at burger King Rustenburg,I talked to the manager by the name of masego,she was very rude and unprofessional.She told me straight in my eyes that she can't help me what I bought I must eat,the burger was very sloppy and it was not chillies at all.I asked her to make a plan for me she told me to go to hell for a manager to treat customers like that is of very low.The way I've been loyal to burger King and it's my favorite takeaway in rustenburg it breaks my heart.I ate the most disgusting burger in my life today.
