Bad service.

I went to Burger King in George, Meander Mall, earlier today as i was craving a Double Spicy and Double Cheese burger meal. When it was my turn to be nr2 in line, i waited almost 20 minutes to be helped, this usually does not take that long, as the customer infront of me just couldn't be helped quick enough. I noticed that her order was put in twice. I was hungry AGAIN.

When it was my turn to order, the Cashier said that they don't have chips and the substitutes for the chips will be ADDITIONAL. HOW DOES THIS WORK???? There were no signs that said they have no chips.

Their staff is always friendly BUT their service is ***. This is not the first time i waited so long for service and also not the first time a customer got to the till and was told that there are no chips. McDonald's is literally across the road, I'll go there next time.
