Bad Service

Went to Burger King in Newmarket today, the service was bad, they carried on about the PS5 competition, witch i bought the meal, just to find it it ended on the 23rd of December (today been the 27) m, but its ok, so we orderd i food, while we waiting, the music is so load, sounds like we in a club, my wife and i have to shout to hear each other, then the food came, my wifes bun on the burger is about 3 to 4 days old, not fresh at all, music still so loud it sounds like you in a club, both our burgers were so dry we had to drink as we eat to get the food down, we ordered 12 nuggets and only received 1 sauce with it, will not go back in a hurry, bad service, sounds like you in a club and staff so rude to the customers,
