Bad service at Burger King

I’m currently at Burger King and I received the worst kind of service by a cashier name Tshidi, I was looking for disposable cutlery to cut the burger as my 7 year old daughter cannot hold it, I was told they don’t have cutlery and she disappeared I was left stranded for 5 minutes and then was given a s**** to cut a burger

Not to mention I was made to pay 274 for a 271,60 meal when I queried then it was changed. Staff inconsistencies
