Bad service and waiting periods.

Burger King Potchefstroom has poor managing skills, they assisted 17 client before me and they ordered after me. I asked the lady kindly how far my order is after 20 min of waiting and she explained to me that i must just wait. This was after they assisted order 197 which was a very large order towards my small order that was number 178. After 45 min my husband went to check in and they assisted orders 200 up until 210 and said that he must also wait. He also explained to me that all those order was also much larger then our order that was placed. After an hour my husband decided to stand at the counter seeing that everyone that stayed and waited in front of the counter got assisted. We are regular Burger king customers and never had such a poor assistance or poor waiting period.
