Bad service and unable items

Had the worst service ever, and I must say not the first time. We arrived there at 20:00. My partner and his daughter wanted to go inside to use the restroom, but was told they are not allowed while there was stil customers in the restaurant. We then waited in line for the drive trough. We first wanted the 4 cheeseburger deal for R100 and was told it is not available any more. We then asked for the 4 wapper burger deal for R200 and that too wasn't on the menu anymore. Way is something advertised if it's not available. I'm sure it isn't allowed
