Bad Service

I went to Burger King Turfhall in March they double deducted money from my account I called their customer care & they asked me to send an email of which I did, sent receipt & bank statement but until today the money was not refunded. I have been following up with them I don't get response I am tired because the supervisor called me on the 22 March promised to make payment on the 24 of March but it has not been done. I sent them several emails they don't reply and I can't driver to that side because is far from where I am staying really this kind of service is disgusting.
