Bad service!

I recently visited Burger King Gateway Umhlanga and was really disappointed with the service received from the cashier . There seemed to be a problem with the Burger King app and the cashier was unhelpful and annoyed that I was experiencing this issue. She kept saying “i don’t know “ and showed no initiative to assist me . She then told me to leave the cashing point and walk outside to find the manager to assist me . At that point I was really annoyed and had no eagerness to order anymore. Please train your staff better when dealing with customers as they really do not know what customer service is and have zero willingness to help.
