Bad service

Orders food from Burger King though Mr delivery. Money was deducted from my account but we never received our food. 15min after supposed delivery time I received an email from Mr D. Burger King didn't even had the decency to contact me for the failed delivery due to them not honoring their commitment. No I have to wait 4 days to get my money back which I feel is unacceptable. Phone Burger King's customer care to get a answer as to why they did deliver. I was told to use an app to lodge an enquiry. Why do they have a careline if they don't want to assist you. Really bad service Burger King Uitenhage!!!!
