Bad service!!!

My name is Nokuthula Ndamane went to Burger King Promenade what a bad experience I received ordering three meals when I get home there is only 2 meals drove back delt with Zandile and I asked her what did she pack for me cause I didn't receive what I ordered meal was shot she asked for my oder slip Lorenzo the manager came to me and asked what was happening when I was explaining because I was upset I was shouting he shouted me in front of customers he was very rude no customer service at all.I was given my burger when I get home it was not what I ordered I couldn't go back for the 3rd to time again, I wasted my money, my time and my petrol. Orders R83, 90 meal never received it. I regret ever going to Burger King Promenade. Phoned ***l the phone was hung up in my ear. I think people like LORENZO and ZANDILE are not suppose to deal with customers they deserve to be fired, no service at all plain rude.
