Bad service

On the 25th bought 6 meals al of which was bad. Bad service bad burger with a hile head lettuxe and flat soda sent an email with attached photos to customer care. First respons was what, where, who and of course how much. Send back email with all they where looking for. The 27th got a phone call from wrong branch in Western Cape and I complained about a burger King in Gauteng. So today I see my complaint looks like its sorted so customer care only forward emails and never read them. Great service Burger King you dont even follow up on complaints whats next.
