Bad Service

My Boyfriend and I went to the Burger King in Brakpan at Carnival Mall and we placed an order for 1 x King Value Meal, 1 x Stacker Meal and then 1 x Chicken Burger (Only) and then 1 x Chicken Burger Meal and we order the drinks all to be 7 Up but when we got the order it was all incorrect. We got a kiddies meal instead of a value meal, no garnish on the chicken burgers and all the drinks were Soda Water. Really disappointing on the service received and the fact that our order was completely incorrect and nothing got done about it when we mentioned it to the attendants at the last window. Then I sent the complaint in an email, they emailed me back to ask for my number and then 2 weeks later received another email to say case was closed. Like Really I didn't get any phone calls or apologies or nada. Guess Burger King will now be off the take away list
