Bad service

Bad and unsatisfying, ordered food on mrD app, went to collect food as app said at 18:54 on 1st april 2021, when i got to the store I showed my order, without speaking to me the walked away, 20 minutes later I gave them my order again, I then recieved my food standing on a table one side in the kitchen, cold... After requesting warm food, burger king employee had bad attitude towards me dor the request, agter getting fresh food when I got home milkshake was sour... Have been unhappy a couple of times and this was the last time
