Bad service

I went last night to order food at Burger King in wilgeheuwel while I was standing in the drive thru waiting to order I got to the window where I wanted to order the Mistery burger the person told me that I have to download the app so that I can place the order that is so bad I had to wait all that time in the drive thru so that they can tell me that I will never support Burger King in my love again.
