Bad Service

I went to Burger King Boksburg yesterday at 12:15, I stay in Elsburg,Germsiton. I wanted chicken nuggets for the kids and ordered 3 triple burger meals, they told me that they didn't have chicken nuggets. Ok kids weren't very happy, the kids then ask for 2 chocolate milkshakes, the lady said sorry there is something wrong with the machine they don't have milkshakes. When I pay for my order, I saw on my slip they charged me for 3 double burgers not triple burgers. When I got to the window to pick my order up I was very frustrated. When we arrive at home their were only two combo meals inside the bag, I have visited this Burger king before and never had this bad service, looks like this place is falling behind real quickly..........
