Bad service

I am a loyal Burger King customer and love their menu. But this problem I had enough. I stand in a quee of the drive through waiting 30 minutes to get to the order window. When I finally get there they say sorry only cash as card machine is broken. 30minutes of wait could have been avoided by putting up a sign only cash through drive through entrance. Or the server can atleast say place your order and go withdraw the cash while we make the order. No curtesy. Until Burger King Port Elizabeth next to Sasol get customer service up to standard I will recommend no customer to purchase from this store at all.
