Bad service

What an awefull service from burger king. Went to burger king this morning ordered a double whopper meal and milkshakes for me and my husband waited how long just for them to tell me the milkshake machine is not working. Then the assistant came to tell me she will ask the manager to refund my money for the drinks. I told her if you know the machine is not working why take my order as we were specially there for the shakes. Then i waited a while more and while i was busy telling my husband why tell me she will refund me and not to it the manager walked pass me and told the assistant your customer is waiting for u she then told him something about the machine he then said to her how can u sell milkshakes if the machine is only on 19percent or degress. Then only she came and said they will refund i said u said that 10minutes ago and im still waiting. How can u sell food and drinks if u know the machine is not working.
