Bad Drive Through Experience

Burger King Drive Through at Cape Gate Lifestyle centre will have a ice cream issue for example without informing the customers upfront, no sign whatsoever. Once in the Queue you cannot get out easily. The only way is forward. Since we order nothing its a tedious experience since the drive through is only as fast as the cars in front of you. This is not the first time either.
