Bad customers service

I went to Burger King R55 and request them I need Burger on special they never showed me sample instead they asked if I need chicken or beef .was so surprised to receive what I got on that order .when I try to explain what I needed they didn't bother to assist. I didn't even enjoy the meal so horrible .
