Bad customer service from the cashier and the manager they refused to help me.

I went to Burger king in Birchleigh North today to buy meal using my app the cashier was so rude including the management they closed the door while I was in the store the cashier told me she can't help me because they have closed I requested for the manager,she was so rude to me if this is a service you staff is giving people am worried
