Bad customer service by staff
As a burger *****, who enjoys your affordable filling meals I surely had the worst experience in one of your branches to Burger King riversands " the Manager Franke gave me the worst experience I don't I will ever visit this branch again . The treatment I received at the till when I was about to pay and after I paid made me like I didn't belong there nore was the atmosphere even welcoming, it felt like I visited the store during their closing hours ' however the staff as short-staffed as they were welcoming excluding the Manager Franke who didn't even seem to greet me by the till I was so disappointed by his service that after my order was done I left immediately and in hope that I will never set my foot in that branch again.
