Bad customer service at Burger King

I went to Burger King in witbank the one in Cnr fouche and watermeyer street. I ordered 2 whoopers and requested EAT IN but they packed my order as a take away when I ask for them to fix it and do a eat in they just have me tray and said I must do it myself lack of customer service not paying attention to detail.
