Bad customer service and filthy place

I brought my family to Burger king in New market, it was 20:28pm the place was filthy, with trays on tables and papers on the floor. We asked this lady to assist us and she continued drinking her drink whilst we waited for a table. Then she started cleaning other tables and left us standing. Then after she came to our table to clean. The customer service is unacceptable. We decide to go to McDonald atleast hygiene is a priority and the place was clean.
