Bad customer service!

Burger king customer service is the worst!!!! At the drive through by Northmead Benoni branch I asked the guy if the wopper is also in the bag cause I didn't see it and he said yes. When I got home it was not in the bag. Phoning customer service they suggested I have to go back to the branch to get it, or they can log a complain and wait for 24 to 48hrs for feedback! I needed the burger to be delivered to me, but they said they can't
