Bad customer service

Today I went to burger king (Tableview) Cape town .

I requested that I need mayonnaise as last time they forgot to put it in my take away .

The cashier gave me bad attitude.

The precious week my friend orders cheesy pops and they never put it in her order we explains to them ....she said "oh I'll tell my manager" no solution.

We let it go we get our order and we drive through.

I take a sip from my drink and I noticed nothing came out .

I opened it and noticed it was full of ice instead of cooldrink.

So I guess it was their way of saying "**** you we don't care "
