Bad customer service

When I came by the till I had to wait for manager to come authorize before they can assist me. Waited for the manager a whole few minutes. I made my order. The lady ask what burgers do I want and I told her. The lady (Amanda) that was busy with my order I told her can I please have a 7up and marinda cool drink. She looked at me very ugly and told me that on the slip is Pepsi and then I told here that the cashier did not ask my cool drink options. Then she went to tell the cashier what I said and she also came with a attitude to me and ask what cool drinks do I want. And I told her. There is so many people that would like to have a job but then you get this kinder people that treat others as dogs. Because I payed for my meals I don't get it for free. Customer service very bad they don't even smile. Other customer wanted to go because me and her was waiting for the manager to come authorize. What we don't know probably an old transaction or something. Burger kind you should look into this matter otherwise you going to loose customers.
