Bad customer at Burger King

We are so disappointed with the lack of customer service experienced at Burger King Regina Mundi.My partner and I bought 2 XXL burgers and 2 cup cakes.caramel and chocolate on 01 February 2024. To our surprise the 2 cups were not labelled as to which flavour on each of the cups. We wafor a good 40-45min we were given a Mirinda medium drink that was leaking . Bad customer service at Burger King Regina Mundi, SOWETO. We’re even considering to take our business elsewhere. The lack of customer service is appalling!
