Bad chicken burned chicken

Worst branch ever staff is unfriendly and don't have any manners, I ordered a Whopper and 6 wings. Burger tasted super but as for the wings are its basically burned and has no taste. Similar taste to Shoprite chicken. I could not drive back and returned it because I was passing on my way to Pretoria.
