Bad bad service

We went to burger king lynnwood lane this morning. We ordered two burgers. In first place they didnt have beef only chicken so we ordered the chicken. When we went to the front at drive through. There were only one burger. We told them we ordered two . I dont know where the problem was at where we order or where we pay. When we got the order we told them we ordered 2 and we want another one. The lady gave us the card machine and went away. There were no paper in the machine and she wants us to do the transaction again what we refused. This is bad bad service. Wont buy anything from them again.
