bad bad and slow slow slow service

On 26 April 2018 I went to Burger king Brackenfell.

I went to the drive thru just to be trapped for 60 min. No jokes. 60 min is a drive thru with a 6 year old who is hungry. I am very dissapointed in the slow service. When I got to the last window the person did not even start with my meal. It took them almost 10 min just to get my order together.

The constant interuption from the kitchen staff getting coldrink and water did not help either. One of them pushing my drinks aside for her water. Do clients not count at burger king? Is the staff more important?

This was very bad service from burger king.

The front counter staaf had nothing to do when I got infront and just stared at the chaos in drive thru. I used to work for Mcdonalds and there we helped everyone and pushed drive thru more than counter as the complaints are more on drive thru.
