Bad attitude

I was at Burger King in Zevenwagcht Mall and I am very disappointed and angered at the attitude I got by the drive through. I'm not sure if she was the manager that came when the system was giving trouble but I am shocked. After waiting patiently after the system gave trouble, I almost paid for the wrong stuff. Which was still fine by me as I was trying to be nice. Only to find out they never heard or took my order correctly which is also okay. I simply asked them to ring it up but the Manger or whoever insinuated that it was my fault. Mine! Telling me I never ordered. The attitude I got was shocking and I am very upset. Funny how I never gave my order but the kitchen had it ready in no time! I am very upset. Please tell that Manger to lose the attitude or lose customers!!!
